Well, hello friends! If you're here, it's probably because you're linking up for the 2018 Read the Rainbow Reading challenge. For January, we had to read at least one (but more is totally fine!) book with a red cover. I finished 8 of them and will share my reviews below. But first, don't forget to link up your blog post, or whatever link you'd like to share so that we can all see the red books you've read. That was kind of a tongue-twister. Anyway, link away!
I have to say that I wasn't super impressed with the red cover books that I read this month. I didn't rate a single one of them with five stars *gasp*. These were books that I had on my shelf FOREVER - purchased from various places like Goodwill, Target, library sales, yard sales, etc. After I finish reading books that I've purchased, I will usually sell them on Amazon or donate them back to Goodwill, so that I can get them out of my house. They weren't terrible, but they weren't my favorites either. So, at the very least, I'm able to clear some space on my bookshelves and send these 8 books on their merry way.
BUT with that said, you might find some of these intriguing. So, read on, and tell me if you've read any of these or if you might add them to your list.
And don't forget - for February, we'll be reading books with ORANGE covers. See you back here on February 28th. Ciao!
